Before your house removal, an appointment will need to be arranged for a representative of ours (family), to make a visit to your property to carry out a full pre-move survey. This enables us to provide you with a tailor made service, with the correct amount of staff and vehicles needed to carry out your removal. We will discuss and explain all the options available to you and listen to your specific requirements.
A full quotation in writing will be put in the post to you, or if you prefer, we can phone or email through the quotation on the same day.
On your moving day, our experienced staff will load our vehicles with great care, with your furniture and possessions being wrapped and secured, ready for transportation.
Once at your new property, we will unload your possessions and locate them in the correct rooms for you, or they can be placed to your requirements. After final checks and before leaving, we will ensure you are happy with the complete service we have provided.
Office/business relocation
When moving your office/business, the main priority is to get you into your new premises as quickly as possible, so your work schedule isn’t affected, and disruption is kept to a minimum.
We do this in many ways and can offer removal on evenings and weekends out of your work hours. We provide you with free packing materials if necessary, to help with organising your belongings.
